1.   The Guillotine flow restrictor shall be designed to be used in conjunction with a pump or pressure type fill system as is typical of aboveground fuel storage tanks.

2.   The Guillotine flow restrictor shall be of a vertical design using a cylindrical, cellular rubber float connected to the Delrin restrictor valve assembly by aluminum connecting rods. The unit shall be fitted with either a cast aluminum (4” NPT x 2” hose) or a Ductile iron ( 4” NPT x 2” NPT) fill adapter as specified by the purchaser.

3.    The fill adapter shall have the U.S. patent #5235999, Canada patent #2083585, U.L. label and Guillotine name and phone number 800-824-1394 cast into the adapter.

4.   The Guillotine flow restrictor shall be manufactured to meet customer specification and shall be set at the factory to customer specifications.

5.   The Guillotine flow restrictor shall be designed to fit a standard 4” NPT tank fill port and shall be shipped with a dust cap and drop tube adapter.

6.   Each Guillotine shall have attached to the fill adapter the basic operating
instructions.

7.   Installation instructions, warranty, parts identification sheet, and warning
decals shall be included with each Guillotine sold.
